Lawyers and mediators

For lawyers and mediators

Who said what and when - word for word, with pauses and interruptions.

Meeting records

A verbatim record of negotiations with each party's role.

Mediation

Where the parties talked over each other and where a pause came up - it's all visible in the text.

Interviews and consultations

A timestamp for every line, for references in your documents.

Retention

Audio is deleted when its retention period ends; transcripts are deleted when you decide.

Example

Party A: We're ready to discuss the timeline. [talking at the same time] Party B: The timeline is not up for discussion.

What true verbatim hears

A regular transcript gives you tidied-up text. In a real conversation, the meaning is often in what happens between the words.

This is what a TrueTranscribe transcript looks like

It learns from your corrections

Personal dictionary

Correct a word the same way twice, and it gets fixed automatically in future recordings: names, terms, method names.

Hints for the recognizer

Your terms are fed to the speech recognition model in advance, so it gets them wrong less often.

Your overlap threshold

Based on your decisions, the service learns which short voice overlaps to mark as talking at the same time.

Your voice

With your consent, the service remembers your voice and recognizes you right away in new recordings. Other speakers' voices are not stored.

Try it on your own recording
