Every call, meeting and client conversation becomes a verbatim transcript with speakers, pauses and overlaps - processed on your hardware, inside your office. Audio and transcripts never leave your network, and we have no access to them.

You describe the task: volume (for example 1 million hours a month), languages, sample recordings with reference transcripts, specifics (separate channels, background noise, calls with many participants), hardware wishes (servers or regular PCs, how many, spare capacity), connection rules (no internet, only a local mail server) and how to exchange files (API, file server, your CRM or ERP).

You buy the hardware, install the operating system (Debian 13) and download our software.

We set everything up remotely, tune it on your sample recordings and test it against your reference transcripts.

Add-on: a local language model for management

A language model on the same server reads the transcripts and reports the health of the business: recurring client complaints, risks, missed opportunities, recommendations and growth areas for teams and employees. Also fully offline.

Your clients see your service: your logo, colors, domain, emails and documents. Under the hood runs our premium pipeline: two independent speech recognizers cross-checked by a language model, speaker labels, pauses, fillers, laughter and overlapping speech.
